Who we are
Preheim Pools LLC ("Preheim Pools", "we", "us") is a licensed pool and construction contractor (CSLB #1023444) based at 22170 Clayton Ave, Reedley, CA 93654. This policy covers preheimpools.com.
What we collect
When you send our quote or contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you're interested in, and your message.
To keep the form safe from spam, we also record the IP address and browser type the form was sent from.
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location by city or region, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It does not give us your name or contact details.
How we use it
We use your contact details only to answer your request: to call, text, or email you about your pool or project, to send an estimate, and to schedule work you ask for.
We use analytics only to improve the website.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.
The only outside services that handle it are the ones that run the website and deliver our messages (our website host, database, email provider, and Google Analytics), and only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as we need them to serve you and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not treat you differently for asking.
You can stop Google Analytics cookies by blocking cookies in your browser or using Google's opt-out add-on.
